Summary/Abstract: In the previous phases of the work of the National Convention on the European Union, the Regional Cooperation Working Group dealt with a number of issues at the regional level - from political, economic, social, security, judicial, infrastructural, to institutional issues. In the new phase of the Convention, the emphasis was placed on the bilateral relations of the Republic of Serbia with its neighbors, and above all, with its new neighbors: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia. An overview of the overall relations of the Republic of Serbia with neighboring countries, including political, contractual, economic, cultural and other aspects, was recorded, open questions and problems were recorded, the current situation was analyzed and measures were proposed to improve and realize one of the foreign policy priorities of the Government of the Republic of Serbia - good neighborly relations and the improvement of regional cooperation, and to a significant extent also the strategic goal - membership in the European Union.
