Education and labour market needs. Classification of university graduates

Summary/Abstract: In recent years, the situation of university graduates on the labor market in Po-land was getting worse. Higher education is no longer a guarantee of finding a job and rates of unemployment in this group are growing. This article aims to analyze the professional situation of young people with tertiary education. As result of the study there was distin-guished eight classes of university graduates. The analysis of characteristics of each class can be a valuable source of information about the factors that have an impact on the level of unemployment in this group.
