Summary/Abstract: From sunrise to sunset, if you sit and look at the Danube River at Corabia, you fall in love with it. Because whoever drinks water from the Danube’s spring does not leave Corabia anymore. What should a traveler know and see in the town of the Danube? Nature, landscapes, people with their customs and traditions who try to give a new identity to the town of Corabia. Shepherds, fishermen, ploughmen, farmers, intel lectuals, many other people in these places have created spiritual values, enriching the Romanian and universal culture. I could say that the settle ment of Corabia is like an emotional value, which for centuries has been a real token of permanence and continuity on the territory of Romania.
