Summary/Abstract: From sunrise to sunset, if you sit and look at the Danube here at Corabia, you fall in love with it. Because whoever drinks water from the Danube’s spring does not leave Corabia anymore. What should a traveler know and see in the city of the Danube? Nature, landscape, people with their customs and traditions who try to give a new identity to the city of Corabia. Shepherds, fishermen, earth workers, intellectuals, many people in these places have created spiritual values, enriching the Romanian and universal culture. I could say that the settlement of Corabia is like a „valve of the heart” which for millennia represents a real permanence and continuity on the territory of Romania.
