Summary/Abstract: In the paper the question of dual character of organizational knowledge have been developed. Especially the attempt of explanation of the phenomena of self-organizing renewal behaviours structure have been made. The two models of knowledge management and leadership have been analysed (Nonaka-Takeuchi model and Argyris model), as the result of the considerations some conclusions and recommendations, regarding the impact of organizational knowledge on strategic management process, have been expressed.
