The research group consisted of 60 respondents. Results: Based on statistical processing, it can be stated that the quality of life of patients after valve replacement is slightly reduced in the physical domain, the domain of experience and the domain of social relationships and environment. With an increasing age, the quality of life decreases significantly. Widowed patients have a lower quality of life than married people in domains 1–3, and the reduced quality of life is on average 2.79 when question Q 2 is evaluated. Retired patients have a reduced quality of life in domains 1–3. Conclusion: The achieved results confirm the reduced quality of life of patients at the lower limit of the population norm, but the results are not significantly low. The results are statistically significant depending on the domains, separate questions Q1 and Q2 depending on age, social status and family relationship.
