Summary/Abstract: The article presents the history of the anarchist movement in Poland since the 1980s. The first anarchist group formed in Poland after World War II was the Alternative Society Movement, established in 1983. In 1989, the Anarchist Federation was founded. The most important anarchists periodicals were: Mać Pariadka, Inny Świat (Another World), and Przegląd Anarchistyczny (Anarchist Review). The Polish anarchist thought was dominated by anarcho-communism and anarcho-syndicalism.
