INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION

Summary/Abstract: The paper gives and analyses the basic terms regarding interpersonal communication, its forms and the examination of the consequences of this communication in regard to school, or education and character development. A special attention is paid to the teacher-student relationship. In this connection, possibilities and optimal ways of interpersonal communication are being examined. One wants to demonstrate how interpersonal communication – verbal and nonverbal, affects the work within a group, community, in this case school, and to point to its purpose.
