Summary/Abstract: In the current environment, customer loyalty plays an increasingly important role. For the purposes of the paper there is a thesis adopted that customer loyalty is based primarily on the benefits that the consumer can get from the relationship with clothing industry companies. The paper presents the essence of creating and building customer loyalty. The selected elements of building customer loyalty on the example of companies from the clothing industry were then analyzed and evaluated. In the summary, attention was paid to the importance of selected elements of building customer loyalty on a selected example. Suggestions for implementation in the future were proposed. The survey method was used as the research method.
