Summary/Abstract: The paper presents selected concepts and approaches to the management of marketing communications in nonprofit organizations, on the example of chosen non-government organizations. The paper shows the change trends in the creation of nonprofit organizations' behaviors. Then the paper makes an attempt to answer the question whether nonprofit organizations have to use the promotional instruments. The paper also presents the findings of research carried out in selected organizations.
