Summary/Abstract: The research aims to determine whether there is a difference between organizational trust levels, job satisfaction levels and intention to leave levels of Turkish employees in Turkey and Kosovo employees in Kosovo. In other words, it is examined whether the satisfaction of employees, organizational trust and intention to leave varies according to the countries. In addition, it is aimed to examine the organizational trust levels, job satisfaction levels and intention to quit in terms of demographic variables in each country and to reveal the differences between countries according to demographic characteristics. 291 employees from 38 four-star hotels were included in the study. Independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze the data. In addition, some descriptive statistical analyzes (frequency, standard deviation, percentage distributions, arithmetic mean) were also utilized. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the levels of job satisfaction, organizational trust and intention to leave showed a significant difference according to the country where the employees are located. As a result of the analyzes performed for all participants, organizational trust differed according to country, gender and workplace seniority variables; job satisfaction differed according to country, age and marital status and intention to quit differed only by country. The organizational trust and job satisfaction levels of Turkish employees and the job satisfaction and intention to leave of Kosovo employees do not differ according to any demographic variables.
