Summary/Abstract: In the research, it was tried to determine the Career Decision Self-Efficacy levels of high school and university students. In addition, it was examined whether there is any difference in the level of Career Decision Self-Efficacy between high school and university students within the scope of the research. Also, it has been determined whether that the career decision self-efficacy levels of all students differ according to their sociodemographic characteristics (age, sex, working status, etc.). A total of 982 students from different high schools and universities participated in the research. The data was analyzed in the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 program. As a result of the research, it is determined that the students' self-efficacy level for career determination is above the average, the career decision self-efficacy levels of high school students is higher than university students, and students' self-efficacy for determining their careers differs according to the gender, working status, and job-setting variables. There was also a negative correlation between the age of the students and their self-efficacy for determining their careers.
