Summary/Abstract: The paper describes the possibilities and limitations of including a child with Angelman syndrome into the conditions of a regular kindergarten. Peer groups and social relationships in them belong to factors contributing to the progress in development of a child with this syndrome. Therefore, the author supports this type of inclusion, where the profession of teaching assistant plays an inevitable role in supporting the child as well as the kindergarten teacher and the group of children. The described possibilities and limitations of the inclusion of a child with Angelman syndrome are a simplified presentation of a child with Angelman syndrome of how the child is able to and can react and cooperate considering their symptoms.
