Summary/Abstract: The European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) is an independent structure established at European Union level based in Luxembourg.This independent body was established by EU Regulation No 2017/1939 implementing a form of enhanced cooperation.The EPPO shall have the powers of investigation, prosecution and prosecution of persons who commit offences affecting the financial interests of the Union. (VAT fraud, corruption, European funds).The European Public Prosecutor's Office is an independent body of the European Union based in Luxembourg.
