On Some Issues Regarding the Determination of the Life Insurance Beneficiary

Summary/Abstract: The determination of the third beneficiary under a life insurance contract in case of death of the insured person is of key importance. The question when the beneficiary has been identified in a clear and unambiguous way is, substantial. The article focuses is on the different types of determining the beneficiary and a number of problematic hypotheses of indirect determination of the beneficiary have been considered.
