Some Legal Aspects of Genetics

Summary/Abstract: Recently genetics has been undergoing a significant revaluing and this makes it necessary to pay attention to some legal aspects in it. The article discusses some basic issues with regard to genetic research in terms of Bulgarian and foreign legal regulation. It pays attention to problems placed by genetic researches in the context of a person's human rights and its inviolability in the area of medicine with a view to research and the eventual elaboration of effective legislation.
