The solar system in the perceptions of ancient civilizations and their life

Summary/Abstract: We modern people in the information society have become detached from folk art and heritage, but at the same time the Global Internet facilitates our esoteric searches. This article reviews some celestial bodies in the solar system with a focus on their symbolism and influence in the lives of our ancestors. The analysis of the sources shows the exceptional knowledge about the Earth and the Universe that the ancient people had. It is noteworthy that their knowledge of celestial bodies is very large and is reflected in their way of life and culture.
