Summary/Abstract: Each of us daily falls into such conflict situations. Conflicts have been, are and will be. Man cannot and does not want to exist alone, but at the same time he does not want to lose his autonomy. We strive to preserve our values, but also to participate in various processes and interactions. But if we look at the other side of the conflict, we will see that it can be very useful to us. It is through him that we have the opportunity to exchange information, clarify our thoughts, feelings, relationships, which in other circumstances are kept secret. In this way, the tasks of the conflict are also clarified, its goals and the expectations of the participants in it are highlighted. At the very end of the conflict, each of the participating countries recognizes for itself that it has become wiser, more mature, adequate to the conditions in which it finds itself. Ie a conflict both takes us and gives us a lot for our development.Through its content and stages, in addition to revealing the procedural nature of the conflict, it is possible to reveal the mechanism of conflict behavior, which in my opinion includes the formation of conflict attitudes, building conflict relations and carrying out conflict actions. In this sense, the dynamics of the conflict is determined by the intensity and temporal development of its stages. Some conflicts go through all stages very quickly, while others do not. Knowledge of the content of each stage of the conflict is important for its forecasting, evaluation and choice of technology for its management. Some of the main characteristics of the dynamics in the development of the conflict can be attributed to the emotional and behavioral saturation of the conflict situations. The very emergence and development of the conflict situation creates a prerequisite for the emergence of one or more subjects of social interaction, and their negative orientation predetermines the possibility of conflict development.
