Summary/Abstract: The topic of communication is very broad, as it includes a detailed implementation of both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the content of public communication in Bulgarian institutions and organizations. Moreover, the message must be analyzed as a whole and break through the prism of organizational identity. It is needed to be analyzed the internal and external target groups individually, depending on the type of communication, target groups, institutions, organizations, companies, etc.
