REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF THE WEB PAGES OF ARTVIN MUNICIPALITY AND DISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES IN TERMS OF GRAPHIC DESIGN

Summary/Abstract: Today, when technology has substantially developed and continues to develop, it has a key place in the publicity of institutions with the feature of rapid communication of websites. Therefore, websites have become the easiest way to communicate with people. Especially during the pandemic, the importance of communicating via the Internet has become even more important. In this context, websites have made it easier for Artvin Municipality and district municipalities to communicate with their target audience. In this study, visual analysis of the websites of Artvin municipality and district municipalities will be performed and it will be determined how much the design principles and elements are taken into consideration and used. The study is limited to web sites of Artvin municipality and district municipalities. Review and analysis have been conducted by measuring graphical design principles and elements.
