On Some Problematic Issues оf Trade Union Organizations аnd Trade Unionism in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: The analysis is aimed at identifying some alarming tendencies with regard to the role and importance of trade union organizations in Bulgaria in recent years. Without any denying or underestimating their efforts put into the assertion of the collective interests of workers and employees, an attempt is made at outlining a number of objective and subjective factors which reduce the efficiency of their activity. These matters should be given serious attention so that the trade unions can restore the social trust the absence of which renders their work impossible
