Summary/Abstract: Urgent actions are often inconsiderate and unjustifi ed. This conclusion is equally applicable to any human activity, including the one of creating regulations. It is beyond doubt that the unforeseen situation of COVID-19 pandemic took society unprepared, and this can explain the hasty legislative reaction in the face of a crisis of such an unprecedented scale. However, the time is coming when answers must be sought to numerous questions related to the effect of this anti-crisis legislation. This analysis only covers a part of the changes in the fi eld of labour legislation, which provide more than enough food for thought.
