Summary/Abstract: Free acces to the information of public interest represent a basic principle of the relationship between citizens and public authorities. Information, right of information and freedom of expression are important rights of citizens and from this point of view, the exercise of this rights is interconnected with the right to data protection and privacy rules. The article analyzes and provides a tipology of solutions pronunced by the courts of Romania in application of the law on free acces to information of public interest.
