Summary/Abstract: A classical postulate in economics is that "property" is a key category that forms and develops economic relations. That category is also a basic prerequisite for wealth and power. Are there any dramatic changes in the nature and understanding of the category of "property" twenty years after the beginning of the new century? It is a question of great practical importance. In combination with the changes in the attitudes and actions of the various economic actors brings to the fore the problem of the social conflicts. The conflicts that arise in, on the occasion of and against the property. This article suggests a different authors' view of "property - social conflicts" categories relations and interactions.
