Summary/Abstract: The centre of the author’s attention has been the similarity of artistic individualities of Botev and Mácha, representing the Bulgarian and the Czech Romanticism. The proximity of their poetry, without any mutual influences and interactions, consists mostly in the distinct typological similarity.
