Summary/Abstract: Pushkin was forced to battle with the decisions of the censorship both the Tsarist and the “common” one. Hence resulted his complicated situation as the poet. However, one should say that the censorship did not manage to destroy “the pro-liberty” expression of Pushkin’s works indeed, but it influenced the form of his works and was an indirect director of the fate of the artist.
