Summary/Abstract: In today's intense competitive environment, the basic condition for businesses to exist in the market is a customer-oriented management approach. The “consumer oriented” perspective, which is the quality perspective and evaluation of quality in businesses, stems from the effect of customer preferences in this competitive environment. Customer focus is expressed in the phrase "Customer defines quality". This element of TQM is the principle that is the most difficult to implement effectively but will most benefit the organization in the long term. In order to be a leading organization in terms of competition, an organization must be in a better position than its competitors. Better means better product and service, better price and easier product availability. Entrepreneurship; It is seen as a process of creating a new value by allocating sufficient labor and time, taking financial, physical and social risks, obtaining monetary rewards, personal satisfaction and independence. In this study, the effect of entrepreneurship and customer focus on firm performance has been investigated. For this, a questionnaire was applied to 150 bank employees and their evaluation was made in the SPSS 11.5 program.
