Summary/Abstract: Stress can occur in all areas of an individual's life. In general, stress can be expressed as the pressure felt by the individual due to his / her location and conditions.Since the stress phenomenon is always with the individual, the important thing for the life of the individual should be to reveal the ability to manage stress.As a matter of fact, while managed stress enables the individual to focus and make efforts for success, on the other hand, it creates negative effects on the individual's life. The focus of stress in business life arises due to the individual's past life, social position, his / her environment, colleagues, and the duties and responsibilities he / she assumes in the business.The effect of these foci on individual life can be expressed personally.Thus, the size of the stress is also shaped by the exposure situation and the individual's perspective. Stress is vital for healthcare professionals in the service sector. As a matter of fact, health has a dynamic that does not make mistakes.The mistake made can cause serious harm to individuals.In the health sector, the stress factors should be determined correctly and the negative effects of the employees should be minimized. This study aims to reveal the effects of stress on nurses and hopes to contribute to the improvement of health in this way.
