Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the main thesis of The Evolving Systems Approach to Creative Work theory and presentation – in outline – results of research on academic teachers’ creative work. Emerging from the research systematic model of creative work includes: a conglomerate of the aims of education with the main: “teaching in other way”, individual vision of education, teachers’ passion towards work, their knowledge, creative attitude, stimulating experiences, difficulties, convolution of activities connected with implementation and popularization of new didactic solutions, individual organization of time and work and results their creative work (adaptations, creative modifications, original ideas).
