Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the issue associated with the mandatory payments to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities. It shows the relationship between suppliers authorized to grant relief in respect of payments to the fund, and customers. Cooperation in supplier-customer line can bring tangible economic benefits to both parties due to the presence of synergies.
