The financial risk in business operations

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the issue of financial risk. It shows the relations between financial risk and leverage and instability of gross profit. The measurement of risk analysis is based on a normal distribution. Proposed risk measures are: the standard deviation and coefficient of variation. The article also describes the way of determining the probability of achieving specific results.
