Summary/Abstract: Šiame tyrime aptariami VDU Teisių fakulteto diplominiai darbai, išskiriant juos pagal teisės šakas, atsižvelgiant į jų struktūrą, naudotą literatūrą, teisės aktus, teismų jurisprudenciją, studentų vartojamą teisinę kalbą. Taip pat pateikiamos, autorės nuomone, vertingiausios ar įdomiausios darbų citatos, įvardijami dėstytojai, vertinę darbus, atskleidžiami studentų likimai. Pats tyrimas publikuojamas keturiuose straipsniuose. Šiame straipsnyje tyrinėjami per šimtas trisdešimt studentų baigiamųjų darbų, parašytų laikotarpiu nuo 1933 iki 1934 metų. Baigiamieji darbai atskleidžia ne tik Teisių fakulteto veiklą, ruošiant būsimus teisininkus valstybei, bet ir to meto Lietuvos aktualijas. Studentai rašė apie Lietuvos valstybės nepriklausomybės sukūrimo teisinius aspektus, prigimtinę teisę, teisėjų parengimą, jų socialines garantijas, žemės reformą, darbo sutartis, autorių teises, notaro veiklą, šeimos, prievolių, daiktinę, paveldėjimo teisę, bausmių sistemą, civilinį ieškinį baudžiamajame procese, daktiloskopiją, nepilnamečių nusikalstamumą, prisiekusiųjų teismą, tarptautinį valstybės pripažinimą, tarptautinę oro teisę ir t. t. The study examines the final theses of the students of the Faculty of Law of Vytautas Magnus University. It is based on different branches of law, taking into account structure, literature, legal acts, jurisprudence the students used in these theses, and the Lithuanian legal language of that time. The most valuable quotes of the works are presented, the teachers who assessed the works are named, and the fates of the students are revealed. The research is published in several articles. This article is the second of the research. It covers over one hundred and thirty students’ final theses written between 1933 and 1934. Students wrote about the legal aspects of the creation of the state of Lithuania, human rights, training of future judges, their social guarantees, labor contracts, inheritance, copyright, powers of notary, family law, system of punishments, civil action in criminal proceedings, fingerprint identification, juvenile crimes, court of jurors, international recognition of the state, international air law, etc. In many theses’ students compared analysis of legal regulation and case-law, also used the experience of the US, England, Denmark, Spain, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Japan, Czechoslovakia, the Soviet Union and other countries. Students used sources in Russian, German, English, French, Hebrew, Polish and Lithuanian languages. The article is mainly based on the documents found in the Department of Manuscripts of Vilnius University Library, the Rare Books and Manuscripts Section of the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania, and the Central State Archives of Lithuania. Historical, comparative, and analytical methods were used in the research.
