Summary/Abstract: This paper examines an important aspect of the mechanism of victimization, prior investigation of the victim and permissive behavior characteristics. Thesis of this study belongs to classic victimology according to which victims through the acts, directly or indirectly, can generate, maintain or consume the criminal act. Leading indicators are analyzed, authors building some possible answers so that their action can be diminished.
