Summary/Abstract: This article examines the ways in which the functioning of dynamic change management styles when faced with difficult situations that can occur in an organization. Structural and functional leadership styles are discussed in terms of strengths and weaknesses, and the author proposes an approach that can be effective in difficult situations.
