INTERAGENCY COOPERATION IN PREVENTING AND COMBATING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Summary/Abstract: Domestic violence is an extremely current problem, being under consideration of law enforcement agencies, as well of public and private institutions active in the field of human rights. Domestic violence is one of the forms of violence most frequently encountered, and one of the most worrying, because it is often not sufficiently visible. In this article, the authors describe the main legal and procedural issues relating to inter-agency cooperation in preventing and combating domestic violence.
