Summary/Abstract: New technologies have thoroughly penetrated into our everyday life, affecting leisure, interpersonal relationships, science or business. Many permanent and radical changes in the labour market have been experimented in the last twenty five years which have transformed work organization, management processes, personnel policies, as well as the workplace design. Nevertheless, new technologies not only offer revolutionary, but also pose some serious problems. An effort is needed to understand the future technology trends and develop strategies to support the changes in the labor market.
