Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the talent management in an administrative environment. Talent management approaches in the Bulgarian civil service are presented consistently compared to similar instruments applied in the international business practice. Talent management is a managerial approach that is related to the organization's achievements and the fulfillment of its public functions.
