Summary/Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to examine which policies are for the training and development of teachers in the Presidential Annual Programs. Therefore, the research was prepared based on case study which is a qualitative method. The data source of the research is Presidential programs for 2019 and 2020. In the data analysis, content analysis method was utilized. According to the results obtained from research findings, both Presidential Annual Programs introduced in 2019 and 2020 concluded that a number of policies and measures were presented to improve the qualifications of teachers and for teacher employment. When the findings are analyzed, it can be said that in annual programs, policies for the development of teachers in the profession are in the majority.
