Summary/Abstract: Children’s’ sound and words uttered during games can be regarded as a starting point in the development of attention skills. Then, it is important for children to know selecting the focus points. Within this framework, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the “Seke Seke Ben Geldim” game on the development of attention skills of children. Study group is composed of 60-72 month-old children who were attending to kindergartens in Ankara city center during 2014-2015 academic year. “General Information Form” and “Game Observation Form” were used in the study. The study is an experimental research and data obtained through “General Information Form” was presented in frequencies and percentages. The effect of “Seke Seke Ben Geldim”game on the development of attention skills was analyzed based on data obtained through “Game Observation Form”. Chi square was calculated to in the data analysis to determine whether development of attention skills differed. Findings showed that “Seke Seke Ben Geldim” game enhanced the development of students’ attention skills.
