Summary/Abstract: This paper is a research and an effort to treat graffiti as an expressive form of folklore and to present the history and stories that these graffiti represent in the Albanian capital of Kosova and Albania, in Pristina and Tirana. To be more precise, the object of our research is graffiti and its characteristics that connect it with folklore. Graffiti represents a kind of popular speech, an artistic image, the protest or revolt that is expressed and written by people who want to be anonymous but heard in society. Therefore, the main issues discussed in this paper are: What is considered folklore today? Can graffiti be considered as folklore? What features bring it closer to folklore? Are there graffiti in Kosova and Albania and what is their history? etc.
