Summary/Abstract: The Constitutional courts of the Member States often enter into a judicial dialogue with the Court of Justice of the European Union on issues concerning the relationship between national law and EU law. The purpose of the report is to identify the problematic aspects of this relationship in view of the principle of loyal cooperation, national sovereignty, constitutional identity and ultra vires situations concerning the exceeding of competence limits.
