Summary/Abstract: The principle of uniform application of EU law is a fundamental principle of European Union law which aims to achieve the lowest rate of collisions between legal orders. The purpose of the report is to define and review different types of compliance mechanisms between the national law and the Union law with focus on those ensured through judicial, constitutional and institutional means.
