Competence to pronounce a tree part of the national heritage after the amendment to the law on the environment protection

Summary/Abstract: Amendment to Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended, adopted as Act No. 218/2004 Coll. with effect from 28 April 2004, it brought, among other things, changes to the competence provisions concerning the declaration of memorial trees. However, these are not changes that would be obvious at first glance. Rather, they are changes resulting from provisions dealing primarily with other issues.
