Summary/Abstract: In mid-2018, after the vote of no confidence to the government of Mariano Rajoy, the Socialists of PSOE took over the rule in Spain. In the article parliamentary debate on the objectives and directions of the foreign policy of the new cabinet is analyzed. The purpose of the analysis is to show the place of international affairs and foreign actions of the state in Spanish politics.
