Summary/Abstract: The author’s basic aim was to attempt defining the relations occurring between the European way of managing a company and the European cultural model. The author is attempting a presentation of the effect of the cultural factor – in the historical dimension – on the manifestations of the process of the European way of managing a company. The sphere of culture favors creating Euro-managers’ consciousness and identity, and also influences the manifestations of the European way of managing a company.
