Summary/Abstract: Zenitizam, as an avant-garde literary movement, could be regarded as one of the ‘isms’ that emerged on the global literary scene between two world wars in its attempt to redefine the position of art and society. It offered a comprehensive programme, with a view to totalising all spheres of human life. Mr Ljubomir Micić, the driving force behind the movement, engaged in a variety of activities in the then European literary circles, establishing successful relations with the most prominent figures of the avant-garde.
