Summary/Abstract: The author starts from the hypothesis that in 1993 the key dilemma that shaped the further resolution of events was "state or people?”. But today, in 2017, we are inexorably approaching towards the moment when in Bosnia and Herzegovina, precisely for the purpose of its preservation and shaping of further flow of events, have to give an unambiguous answer to the new dilemma - 'state or society?' Considering, as the author claims, that history since 1990 has shown that 'Bosnian politics' is impossible as an ethno politics. In this text is especially in focus so-called 'pro-Bosnian' politics of the Bosniak political elite that taking part in the ethno political production of separate ethnic societies, where the epithet of 'Pro-Bosnian' has been showed only as an 'ideological ornament', a bypass toward the ideological postulate of Bosniak ethno politics that essentially produces the state of a nation by producing a separate society. To the ethno political Bosnia and Herzegovina author opposes the "ZAVNOBIH-shaped" concept of Bosnia and Herzegovina, dividing it in the phases of the building process of a different Bosnian-Herzegovinian statehood within ZAVNOBIH-shaped paradigm and examining its plausible answers to the paradoxical situation in which Bosnia and Herzegovina is preserved as a state, but it seems to us from day to day that we lose it as a society, as a community.
