Summary/Abstract: The theme of ethics and political responsibility is up-to-date topical as well as delicate. It is of particular importance, especially regarding the fact that modern politics are still not decorated by the great morality of the political life actors, and that performing of duties does not adequately follow the responsibility, although ethics and politics, justice and injustice, good and evil are accompanied by man and human society in general throughout history. Hence the philosophical interest in politics, state and power, for freedom, justice and injustice, for good and evil, for order and disorder, for war and peace it has been going on since ancient Egypt through Greece and Rome to the present.
