Summary/Abstract: Based on his own previous publications and on the publications of several other authors (e.g. professor Paweł śpiewak, Rafał Matyja, PhD, professor Jadwiga Staniszkis) the author develops a model of a peculiar system of government, created in Poland by the Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, after winning the parliamentary elections in 2007, and he reflects on the social and political conditions of the possibilities of this system and finds certain signs of its instability.
