Summary/Abstract: The modern market economy needs the improvement of the management methods, especially in competitiveness and cooperation with environment. The marketing researches are necessary, supporting the recognition of expectation of customers in environment. In SMMEs sector the approach into the marketing researches is difficult because of lack of marketing knowledge and high costs of professional marketing researches. The article presents own researches realized in the years 2015–16 in microenterprises in Kuiavian-Pomeranian and Mazovia voivodeships.
